Here are Ellie, Val, Gary, and Garrett...aren't they darling? I've taken forever to get these pictures up here, I know...I'll blame it on the approaching holidays. I'm determined to be out of the stores before the rest of the world goes in! But really, this was such a fun shoot and I'm so impressed that we were able to find some color left in the November landscape at Gary's parent's house...thanks guys!
Since I am in the middle of a huge batch of photos with nothing ready to post yet, I thought I would put up this Halloween photo of Jack. Doesn't be look so serious...like he's on the job! This was taken right before a trip to a local nursing home for some trick-or-treating...he really looked the part walking those halls!
A couple weeks ago I had the privilege of photographing this little guy and his parents. He was so pleasant....smiling so easily....I've never had a baby his age stay happy as long as he did. After taking these pictures at my house, he endured another hour at the park on a beautiful Fall day. Check back for more pictures of his family!
We spent the weekend with my youngest sister and her family in Buffalo. Maya had her first birthday earlier this month so we did her one year photos and, of course, we let big brother Simon in on the fun!
As promised, here are a couple shots of my sister-in-law and her 10-year old son. We took these looking out from my in-law's barn...great place of a photo opp! Thanks for such a fun day, guys!
Today is my sister-in-laws birthday. We had a fabulous time with her this past weekend and got a photo shoot in too. More pictures of her and her son to follow. Thanks again for a great weekend, Aunt Jody!
My sister, Karen, pointed out that only people with a google account could leave comments. I made the necessary changes to allow the rest of you to leave comments so please, comment away! To show my gratitude for pointing out this oversight on my part, I am featuring her other two darling children today....meet Miriam's older brother and sister. This here is Charlie...those eyes and that smile make me melt everytime I see him!
This was Charlie after spending some time in the garden:
And this....this....is Miss Julia Goolia (anyone care to name the movie?)....and the many faces of Miss Julia. As my mother would say, "She's a clip!"
I know I've already posted pictures of Miriam twice before, but it occurred to me that most of the others don't show off her beautiful face! Her feet, her eyelashes, her dress, her mom...but not enough of what makes her uniquely Miriam! So here she is...awake, alert, and checking you out!
In case you are keeping track, my sister and her family are the last Polek sub-unit! I actually get to say that these cutie patooties are my niece and nephew! This is Maya Katherine, Simon Xavier, and their parents, Rebecca and Michael. Don't you just want to eat them right up?!
Meet Trish and John (parents), Elizabeth and Robert. Unfortunately, I left my pictures of the darling Elizabeth and her new baby brother on my sister's computer so I can't post them tonight. However, I've added some pics of the whole kit and kaboodle down below! And word has it that the stars of the show will be viewing these at family dinner Sunday night so "Hello everyone! Hope all is well and that you can find something you like from these pictures. Becky will be bringing you these and many more!"
(Click on this picture if you want to see it bigger.)
Today I finished working on the pictures of another "sub-unit" of the Polek Clan. These girls are so sweet and so good with all their little cousins. I was so impressed with them. This is Melissa and Mary, and their parents Judy and Mike. Thanks for all your help with the little ones, girls!
